Thank you for visiting our site and taking the time to get to know us and our Jacks. Hopefully we can show you the love and passion we have for our shorty miracles
English Jack Russells have been in our lives for as long as we can remember. My love for the special breed started with my grandparents. My grandfather was passionate about two things in life, my grandmother and his Jack Russells. Over the years as I grew up, I watched the love and joy they brought to his world. The Jacks were involved in every aspect of his life from daily cuddling on the couch to the work aspect of riding in the gravel truck and even the socialization of accompanying him to social events such as barbeques and dances.
Then came my turn...
For getting good grades in school and proving I was responsible, Grandpa gave me the pick of the litter. I choose a little black and white female I called Dotty. Even looking back on it now, I am not sure which one of us was more excited. It may have been me having my first Jack Russell. It may of been Grandpa for sharing his passion with me or it just might of been Dotty, full of life and wonder.
Ever since the arrival of Dotty, I knew I had an eternal love. Watching the excitement that my Jack Russells bring to the lives of everyone they touch, truly makes every moment worthwhile. Between the games the Jacks play, the toy competitions and the guarding of the best spot on the couch, they have brought happiness to our family.
Our Jacks are raisied in a family farm environment and are involved in the dailychores from checking for mice at the chicken pen to hunting down gophers in the cow pasture and assisting us in the ever important chore of walking to check the mail. They are the Jack of many trades as well. They work as the friendly greeter when guests are at the door, the dietician when we are preparing meals, the navigator in the truck on the rides to town, the wildlife expert in identifying the "stranger" in the field, the clothing relocator because socks clearly go in the middle of the floor and finally they are the family doctor. Whenever we are feeling alittle under the weather, just look at a Jack and they can always put a smile on your face.
